Had to add "pre code" to all styles

   Just wanted to let you know, I had to add 'pre code' in front of all the style entries. I had to do this b/c using bare class styles interfered with other styles from other systems.

   Looks like I should just do it for all the styles also. It didn't cause much pain before but I see no harm in it either.
