====== About the name ======

"Scipio" is a name of [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lucius_Cornelius_Scipio_Barbatus|Lucius Cornelius Scipio Barbatus]] who was a censor in Ancient Rome. One of the jobs of a censor (and historically a primary one) was to collect and maintain a registry of citizens or as we can say today -- user accounts. Which is exactly the job of Scipio in a Django project: to maintain accounts of users introduced with their OpenIDs.
